Job summary

Brunswick Mercury Marine, headquartered in Fond du Lac, WI, seeks a data analytics professional to support the Sales team with Tableau dashboards, KPI reporting, and market insights. You will develop data sources, collaborate with the data warehouse, and present actionable findings to leadership.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience, strong Tableau/SQL skills, and excellent communication. Hybrid work, competitive pay range, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science/Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years work experience (internships included, excluding classwork).
• Tableau development experience including Tableau online/server.
• SQL proficiency including joins and subqueries.
• Experience with data source creation and row-level security.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with key business groups (Dealer, OEM, etc.) to discover and deliver key actionable insights
• Develop, maintain, and improve Tableau dashboards for Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
• Create, validate, and maintain Tableau data sources
• Collaborate with data warehouse team to bring new data sources online in SQL Server
• Develop innovative approaches to answering complex market questions
• Leverage sales analytics to identify strategic opportunities for growth
• Leverage KPIs for tracking goal progress related to strategic business planning
• Present crystalized analysis to senior sales leadership & key customers
