Job summary

Jobtailor Procurement team is seeking a Price Analyst to maintain Arrow mainframe system cost and adder content for market price items. You will coordinate price quotations with Arrow sales offices and petition suppliers for quotes through online systems, spreadsheets, or email.

The role requires monitoring supplier performance, contributing to the supplier strategy matrix and price model guidelines, and handling quote exceptions and first call effectiveness metrics.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience.
• Experience with Arrow mainframe system maintenance and support.
• Knowledge of cost and adder content specific to market price items.
• Ability to work within supplier strategy matrix and selling company price model guidelines.
• Ability to monitor and measure supplier performance.
• Ability to handle quote exception activity and first call effectiveness metrics.
• Ability to petition suppliers for price quotes via online systems, spreadsheets, or email.
• Ability to monitor, measure, and report performance metrics.
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site.
• Monday and Friday work from home.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Arrow mainframe system cost and adder content for market price items.
• Perform duties according to the segment supplier strategy matrix and selling company price model.
• Monitor and measure supplier performance related to first call effectiveness and quote exception activity.
• Provide input on hard and soft supplier performance measures.
• Interact daily with Arrow sales offices regarding price quotation requests for market price items.
• Petition suppliers for price quotes through online systems, spreadsheets, or email.
• Monitor, measure, and report performance metrics for assigned responsibilities.
