Job summary

Jobtailor in Mobile, AL is seeking a Pricing Services Support professional to engage with suppliers, obtain and validate price files, and gather return policies and terms. You will maintain databases and communicate across department inboxes while ensuring accurate data and timely reports.

This role requires at least three years of administrative experience, with a preference for candidates familiar with purchasing environments and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years minimum administrative/clerical experience required.
• Experience in a Purchasing environment is preferable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Intermediate level or above Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with suppliers to obtain and validate price files.
• Obtain Return Policies, Terms and Conditions.
• Price Adjustment Notification Maintenance.
• Maintain and Update Databases.
• Communication Maintenance of Department Inboxes.
• Prepare Reports as required.
• Other duties as required.
