Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Pricing Strategy Associate Manager to partner with Product Managers on pricing and packaging for AI and Contact Center software. This role tests assumptions, fills analytical gaps, and ensures proposals are financially sound and implementable, with a strong emphasis on commercial rigor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pricing, strategy & ops, or related analytical roles in B2B SaaS.
• Strong command of SaaS pricing best practices across model design, packaging, and monetization strategy.
• Ability to build and review financial models and translate data into business implications.
• Clear, structured communicator able to give direct, actionable guidance to PMs.
• Collaborative and direct, able to push back constructively and partner with PMs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and BI platforms; CPQ experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to strengthen pricing and packaging recommendations.
• Support strategic pricing design, governance, and pricing committee activities.
• Provide research and analytical support (financial modeling, benchmarking).
• Assist with pricing governance, documentation, and communication across the organization.
• Monitor pricing analytics and dashboard development with BI resources.
• Help navigate cross-functional operationalization of pricing changes.
