Job summary

CareTria is seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing 3PL & MSM Services to lead pricing strategy across pharmaceutical sampling, fulfillment, and logistics. You will build pricing models, prepare client proposals, and ensure compliant, competitive decisions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Client Services to deliver timely pricing recommendations and align day-to-day activity with broader goals. Remote work option available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pricing, pricing analytics, or deal desk operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Solid client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-growth, service-driven environment.
• Team-oriented and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing models and proposals for services.
• Track market trends, competitor pricing, and client feedback.
• Prepare margin and profitability analyses for accounts.
• Support pricing governance and audit readiness.
• Prepare accurate pricing proposals aligned with regs and contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and Operations.
• Mentor pricing analysts and support onboarding.
• Deliver dashboards on pricing effectiveness and client profitability.
