Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc seeks a senior pricing leader to strategize, develop and execute pricing initiatives for Specialty businesses, partnering with merchandizing, revenue management, and finance teams to drive alignment and long-term value.

You will own weekly margin processes, pricing tools, and technology evolution, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to capture value and size opportunities across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, engineering or another analytical field of study.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field or computer programming, MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of specialty pricing initiatives, including design, sizing and deployment.
• Build performance insights to enable data-led pricing decisions.
• Manage the portfolio of pricing-related projects across Specialty companies.
• Identify pricing opportunities/risks and implement cross-functional solutions.
• Contribute to the Specialty roadmap to enhance pricing strategy over time.
• Lead alignment with leadership and stakeholders on pricing strategies and deployment tactics.
• Develop strong cross-organizational relationships to support pricing initiatives.
