Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc seeks a senior pricing and revenue management analytics lead to partner with the Specialty Pricing Center of Excellence. You will drive pricing strategy, analyze opportunities, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, Merchandising and IT to accelerate pricing initiatives and long-term roadmaps.

The role requires strong problem solving, strategic thinking and leadership to influence executive decisions and deliver measurable margin improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative field.
• 8 years pricing/revenue optimization/finance experience or 5 years as a professional consultant.
• 3+ years of management/supervision/leadership experience required.
• 5 years minimum experience in revenue management, sales or finance/merchandising or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategies and program management to enable pricing as a strategic lever.
• Proactively identify pricing opportunities and risks, develop recommendations, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with Merchandising to reflect category strategy in pricing.
• Manage performance of the responsible product portfolio and monitor results.
• Support the strategic vision and direction of the pricing analytics roadmap.
• Approve weekly pricing changes and evaluate margin impact.
• Develop, coach, mentor Associates.
