Qualifications

• Experience in Category Management, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Sales Strategy, Revenue Growth Management or related function.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of consumer and shopper behavior.
• Knowledge of CPG trends and category management principles, tools, and processes.
• Ability to translate insights into compelling business recommendations and growth strategies.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights to support customer strategy and planning.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver analyses and recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, charts, and reports to translate data into business insights.
• Maintain data accuracy and document segmentation decisions and exceptions.
• Support customer engagement tools and commercial materials to improve sales execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Strategy, Analytics, and Commercial teams on planning initiatives.
• Ensure consistency of materials with approved positioning and templates.
