Job summary

Sauer Brands, Inc. in Richmond, VA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Pricing to build and lead the pricing capability for Away From Home (AFH) with strategy, bid support, profitability management, and governance.

You will establish frameworks, processes, and decision rights, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Brand, Supply Chain, and Revenue Growth Management, while coaching the pricing team to drive profitable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of pricing, revenue management, or related roles.
• Experience in foodservice, CPG, or Away from Home required.
• Strong financial acumen with margin, rebates, and freight experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the AFH pricing process, guardrails, approvals, and bids.
• Automate small, high-frequency bids to free time for strategic opportunities.
• Lead deal-level profitability analyses, including gross-to-net economics and margins.
• Partner with Finance and RGM on margin guardrails and governance.
• Provide direction and coaching to Pricing Analysts and team members.
