Qualifications

• Substantial pricing/revenue management experience in a commercial environment.
• Proven ability to design or implement pricing strategies in high-volume settings.
• Strong financial and quantitative skills to interpret demand, margins, and profitability data.
• Experience building dashboards or decision tools to support senior commercial choices.
• Knowledge of pricing governance, promotions, and price optimization.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve pricing strategies balancing value, revenue growth, and margins.
• Lead pricing analyses across channels, locations, and customer segments.
• Build business cases using demand, competitive intel, costs, and performance targets.
• Establish pricing frameworks, governance, and approval standards.
• Identify opportunities in price architecture, promotions, and pack sizing.
• Partner with finance, merchandising, operations, marketing, and leadership to execute strategy.
• Monitor pricing performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Present findings clearly to influence senior stakeholders.
