Food Lion seeks a pricing leader to oversee the Banner Pricing team, including budgeting, forecasting, andVendor management. You will guide pricing execution and analytics across the CMP organization, aligning targets with category strategies and senior leadership.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, experience with Revionics and related pricing systems, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in pricing processes and flyers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pricing strategy for CMP (Category, Merchandising, Pricing).
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and targets for sales, margin, shrink, and vendor allowances.
• Develop and evolve reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance.
