Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking a Financial Analyst - Pricing in Downtown Los Angeles. The role sits within the Global Finance team, supporting profitability, pricing decisions, and business initiatives with advanced financial modeling.

Hybrid schedule with in-office presence is available. Responsibilities include partnering on engagements and fee negotiations, creating standardized pricing tools, and delivering pricing strategy discussions to leadership.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field.
• A minimum of one (1) year of analytical experience in finance or accounting.
• A minimum of three (3) years of cumulative experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development and relationship attorneys on engagements and pricing; develop competitive fee proposals and provide pricing advisory.
• Research historical matters to develop standardized pricing templates, budgets, and tools for planning and pricing new matters.
• Conduct internal and external analysis on billable rates, fee structures, and pricing trends; prepare reports.
