Job summary

CAE Defense & Security seeks a Director of Pricing to lead a global pricing strategy and governance. You will partner with program teams, finance, business development, and government counterparts to drive accurate, competitive pricing for proposals and ongoing programs.

The role emphasizes forward pricing, cost estimation, and data-driven optimization, with responsibility for developing and mentoring a high-performing pricing team within a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in pricing, cost estimating, program finance, or financial management within U.S. defense.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government cost accounting standards.
• Experience with pricing or financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive pricing strategy aligned with CAE’s growth objectives and global framework.
• Foster collaboration across pricing, estimating, finance, and business development teams.
• Oversee cost estimates, BOEs, and pricing submissions for proposals; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Governance, compliance, and process improvement of pricing activities across units.
