FIS is seeking an Experienced Pricing Strategy professional to shape pricing for banking products and services. You will develop models, update rate cards, and evaluate pricing across client segments, partnering with product, finance, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, product strategy, or financial analysis.
• Experience in banking, financial technology, payments, or related financial services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategy concepts including value-based pricing and price architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for banking products and services across client segments.
• Maintain and update list prices, rate cards, and pricing metrics.
• Build scalable pricing models using subscription, transaction-based, tiered, usage-based, and enterprise pricing structures.
• Support packaging and monetization initiatives by evaluating product bundles and pricing metrics.
• Conduct value-based pricing assessments, competitive benchmarking, and financial analysis.
• Partner with product teams to incorporate capabilities and customer value propositions into pricing analyses.
• Review pricing structures for standardization and improved consistency.
• Analyze pricing performance, revenue, and profitability to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare business cases and pricing proposals with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations to implement pricing changes.
