Job summary

The Exchange in Dallas, TX is seeking a Pricing Manager to oversee pricing within a defined division and drive data-driven recommendations. You will coordinate between buying, merchandising, finance and inventory teams to optimize margins and competitive position.

The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and proficiency with Excel, Access, SQL and Power BI; CPP preferred. Onsite HQ based in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Five years of pricing experience and progressive buying/merchandising, finance, planning and/or inventory management. Certified Pricing Professional preferred.
• Or Bachelor's degree and three years of pricing experience and progressive buying/merchandising, finance, planning and/or inventory management. Certified Pricing Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Researches, analyzes, and maintains competitive pricing data, communicates recommendations, and oversees report results.
• Oversees and performs analysis of sales, margins, and competitive data to ensure pricing is in line with corporate goals.
• Monitors and facilitates effective collaboration between buyers and store personnel on matters pertaining to pricing.
• Supervises, mentors and coaches other pricing professionals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
