Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking professionals to help tackle strategic pricing and merchandising challenges in North America. You will work in teams to deliver analytics-driven capabilities that transform client strategies and execution, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product experts.

You will engage with client sponsors, drive adoption, and articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders, contributing to the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering (MBA is a plus).
• 2+ years in consulting, analytic pricing, merchandising and/or technology delivery.
• Experience with analytics topics, data science, data visualization tools and statistics in CPG or retail.
• Experience collaborating with product owners, project managers, business analysts and data teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Experience on large projects with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to articulate solutions to diverse stakeholders and work in entrepreneurial settings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate requirements into actionable design.
• Hands-on with large data sources and cloud-based tools; comfortable with ambiguity.
