Job summary

GC America is seeking a Pricing Analyst to develop and monitor pricing strategies for dental products across channels and customer segments. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance to optimize margins and drive profitable growth in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years of pricing or commercial finance experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex pricing insights for cross-functional teams in a dynamic, global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, analytics or related field is required.
• 3–6+ years of pricing, financial analysis, or commercial finance experience mandatory.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills required.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with large datasets; ability to handle complex pricing data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing models for core segment groups.
• Analyze cost structures, margins, lifecycle stages, and volume drivers to recommend pricing.
• Support pricing decisions for new product launches, line extensions, and product discontinuations.
• Evaluate and recommend price increases, regional pricing strategies, and channel-specific pricing.
• Support Pricing governance, contract reviews, and documentation of methodologies.
• Assist Sales with deal-level pricing analysis, discount guidance, and customer-specific pricing requests.
• Analyze distributor and dealer pricing agreements to ensure margin targets.
