In this entry-level role, you’ll learn how analytics shape pricing and risk decisions using AI tools like Databricks Genie and Claude Code, with guidance from experienced colleagues across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Foundational SQL skills and data analysis ability
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Willingness to use Claude Code, Databricks Genie, and MCP-enabled workflows

Responsibilities

• Own recurring state performance reporting on quote volume and profitability
• Analyze performance across geography, risk characteristics, and distribution channels
• Evaluate how rate changes and underwriting rules affect growth
• Build competitive research for state comparisons and pricing opportunities
• Use Databricks Genie to explore data and Claude Code to write SQL queries
• Integrate data into analytical workflows via MCP connections
• Validate data, AI outputs, and document sources
• Deliver clear charts and concise summaries for Pricing and Risk teams
