Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Revenue Manager to maximize revenue and profitability across a property cluster through data-driven pricing, distribution, and forecast execution. The role partners with General Managers to translate market data into daily pricing actions and informs the VP of Commercial Strategy on cluster performance.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day price decisions, monitor OTA channels, run weekly reviews, and contribute to budget and RevPAR forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2-4 years in hotel revenue management or related analytics.
• Experience with pricing, forecasting, and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily pricing and rate strategy for assigned hotel cluster.
• Monitor OTA channel performance, parity, and inventory.
• Conduct weekly revenue calls with General Managers.
• Provide RevPAR forecasts and budget support.
• Produce weekly revenue performance summaries.
