Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading pricing and revenue operations in professional services.
• Strong governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own firmwide pricing strategy and fixed-fee transition across service lines.
• Chair Pricing Committee and oversee deal governance and policy.
• Develop revenue analytics, forecasting, and KPI framework with AI-driven insights.
• Lead revenue technology strategy and Salesforce governance across the firm.
