Job summary

Amphenol Fiber Systems International in Allen, TX is seeking a Pricing Coordinator to prepare and deliver quotes for existing products and customers. This full-time onsite role reports to the Product Marketing Manager and supports regional sales teams.

You will generate quotes from pricing sheets, review BOMs, manage RFQs, and maintain accurate data while collaborating across engineering, purchasing, and Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years in an administrative function.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration or similar.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident for ITAR requirements.
• Proficient in navigating ERP/customer order systems.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Customer-service mindset with problem-solving focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer quotes using established pricing sheets and guidelines.
• Review BOM for non-standard parts and coordinate with Pursuit Buyer for costing and lead times.
• Manage multiple quote requests daily with strong prioritization.
• Communicate professionally with clients via email.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic office software.
• Follow SOPs precisely and maintain accurate lead times.
• Support key account metrics and on-time delivery initiatives.
• Enter and manage sales data in internal systems (RFQs).
• Assist Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure accurate order processing.
