Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a senior pricing leader for the Americas E&S tower to drive market-leading pricing, portfolio management, and analytics across all product lines. You will influence the regional leadership, guide underwriting decisions, and develop pricing methods aligned with global strategies while coordinating with pricing tools teams.

The role requires ACAS/FCAS, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and a track record in managing credentialed actuaries across locations.

Qualifications

• Recommend extensive experience of non-life insurance pricing.
• Qualification level – ACAS or FCAS Qualified.
• Outstanding Influencing and Negotiating Skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Applied Math, Statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure market leading pricing and portfolio management capabilities for Americas E&S lines.
• Act as influencer on Americas E&S Leadership team.
• Provide guidance using advanced analytics through underwriting process.
• Develop and leverage pricing methodologies and pricing tools.
• Perform micro portfolio management, profitability analyses and dashboards.
