Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a strategic Head of Pricing, E&S for the Americas to shape dynamic pricing models for the wholesale portfolio. You will collaborate with underwriters, actuaries and senior leadership to optimize risk selection and drive profitability across the Americas E&S tower, including Energy Liability pricing support beyond the region.

You will lead a diverse team, set pricing governance, and influence regional business plans with strong analytics and market insights.

Qualifications

• Experience pricing non-life insurance products with a strong emphasis on profitability and risk selection.
• ACAS or FCAS credentials or active in actuarial certification tracks.
• Proven leadership track with the ability to manage diverse teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing models and methodologies aligned with global strategies.
• Lead pricing decisions throughout underwriting processes using analytics.
• Manage portfolio pricing, loss ratio benchmarks and profitability studies.
• Collaborate with underwriters, actuaries and senior leaders to enforce pricing discipline.
• Create governance and documentation for pricing models and tools.
• Inspire and coach a high-performing pricing team across the Americas.
