The role sits within the policy group and will help manage all aspects of owned policies, evaluating life contingent assets and aligning them with portfolio objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include pricing optimization, investment monitoring, and reporting for current and potential investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Economics, or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in Life Settlements, Life Insurance, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Financial modeling experience.
• Experience with ClariNet or MAPS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing life contingent assets with analytical support.
• Monitor investments and prepare performance reports for investors.
• Maintain policies by optimizing premium streams.
• Manage grace notices and premium payments.
• Lead ad-hoc projects requiring analytical expertise.
• Gain knowledge of portfolio management and life contingent asset mechanics.
• Determine value of life settlements in secondary/tertiary markets.
• Develop and maintain pricing models.
• Communicate with clients, agents, and brokers for complete case documentation.
• Coordinate with case managers for timely client responses.
• Compile data and produce reports on market pricing trends.
