Job summary

Constellation Insurance is seeking an Actuarial Leader for Life Pricing & Inforce Management. This hands-on leadership role drives pricing, product development, and ongoing administration for life insurance products.

You will lead actuarial analysis, collaborate across teams, and mentor two to three direct reports while engaging with reinsurers and industry partners. Strong governance and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of actuarial experience in the life insurance industry, with significant experience in pricing, product management, or related actuarial functions.
• FSA or ASA designation; MAAA membership preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of IUL, UL, BOLI, Term Life, and Whole Life products.
• Strong actuarial modeling and analytical skills; MG-ALFA and/or Integrate experience preferred.
• Experience supporting state and Compact product filings; understanding illustration regs AG 49A and IRC 7702/7702A.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into practical recommendations and influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial analysis for design, pricing, and development of life insurance products.
• Prepare memoranda, pricing docs, and regulatory filing support.
• Evaluate profitability, capital requirements, and risk, including reinsurance options.
• Collaborate across functions to support product development, implementation, and administration.
• Analyze in-force performance and adjust credits/dividends as needed.
• Conduct experience studies covering mortality, persistency, expenses, and investment returns.
• Support illustration testing, product governance, and policyholder inquiries.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and enterprise initiatives.
• Prepare management reports and present actuarial findings to stakeholders.
• Manage and develop two to three direct reports and engage with reinsurers and vendors.
