Qualifications

• 5+ years in purchasing, pricing, finance or related fields.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• Knowledge of pricing philosophies and promotions.
• Knowledge of contracts and cost-plus programs.
• Experience in the distribution industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Corporate Pricing team, priorities and performance.
• Ensure accuracy and governance of pricing data and structures.
• Oversee customer pricing agreements and programs for compliance.
• Lead audits with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Reflect supplier cost and program changes in pricing and margins.
• Investigate supplier funding and pricing disputes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement pricing strategies.
• Identify enhancements to pricing systems, data structures, workflows, and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
