Leprino Foods in Denver seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to strengthen growth, pricing, and performance evaluation across domestic and international markets. You will build clear financial models, support budgeting, and maintain BI dashboards while partnering with Operations, Product Management and R&D to optimize margins.

You will present insights to senior leaders, act as a trusted advisor to leadership, and contribute to smarter investments as Leprino expands globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, commercial finance or business development support.
• Advanced Excel and BI system proficiency; SAP or ERP experience.
• Ability to build models, reports and presentations clearly communicating data.
• Experience coordinating budgeting or forecasting processes.
• Travel up to 10% for key meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build financial insights to shape Leprino's commercial strategy domestically and internationally.
• Partner with Business Development to analyze opportunities and profitability for growth.
• Develop financial models to assess contract performance and guide negotiations.
• Maintain reporting tools and BI dashboards for reliable data access.
• Prepare and present financial performance packages to senior leaders.
• Support budgeting and long-range planning by coordinating inputs and assumptions.
• Analyze dairy market dynamics to identify pricing opportunities.
• Create and maintain standard reporting templates; train others.
