Job summary

Vistar, America''s leading candy, snack, and beverage distributor, seeks a Pricing Manager to lead the Corporate Pricing function. You will oversee pricing operations, governance, systems, and team performance, ensuring contracts and pricing strategies are executed accurately.

You will manage pricing data, audits, and dispute resolution, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to implement pricing strategies and drive system enhancements and automation.

Qualifications

• Must be local to Denver (CO) – in-state candidates only.
• Minimum of 5 years purchasing, pricing, finance or related experience with at least 1 year in management.
• Knowledge of pricing philosophies and promotions.
• Knowledge of contracts and cost-plus programs.
• Experience in the distribution industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Corporate Pricing team, priorities, workload, performance, and controls.
• Ensure the accuracy, maintenance, and governance of pricing data and structures.
• Oversee customer pricing agreements and pricing programs for compliance with contracts and internal policies.
• Lead audits with customers, suppliers, and internal teams; resolve findings.
• Ensure supplier cost and program changes are reflected in pricing and margins.
• Investigate and resolve supplier funding and pricing disputes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement pricing strategies.
• Identify enhancements to pricing systems, data structures, workflows, reporting capabilities, and automation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
