Job summary

Vistar is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead the Corporate Pricing function, ensuring accurate customer agreements, contracts, and pricing strategies are executed across pricing operations, governance, systems, and team performance.

You will oversee contract administration, pricing audits, and vendor funding matters to protect profitability and support relationships with customers and suppliers. This role reports to the Corporate Pricing leadership and drives pricing program excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years purchasing, pricing, finance or related area with 1+ year in management.
• Knowledge of pricing philosophies and promotions.
• Knowledge of contracts and cost-plus programs.
• Experience in the distribution industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Corporate Pricing team, prioritizing workload and performance.
• Ensure accuracy and governance of pricing data and structures; support pricing decisions with reliable information.
• Oversee customer pricing agreements and pricing programs for contractual compliance.
• Lead customer, supplier, and internal audits; resolve audit findings.
• Ensure supplier cost and program changes are reflected in pricing and margins.
• Investigate and resolve supplier funding and pricing disputes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement pricing strategies.
• Identify enhancements to pricing systems, data structures, workflows, and reporting; pursue automation.
• Perform other duties as assigned; comply with policies and standards.

The Pricing Manager is responsible for contract administration, pricing audits, discrepancy resolution, and vendor funding matters that protect profitability and support customer and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

• Manage the Corporate Pricing team, managing priorities, workload, performance, and operational controls.
• Ensure the accuracy, maintenance, and governance of pricing data and pricing structures, ensuring pricing decisions are supported by reliable information
• Oversee and monitor customer pricing agreements and pricing programs, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and internal pricing policies.
• Lead customer, supplier, and internal audits, ensuring contract compliance and resolution of audit findings.
• Ensure supplier cost and program changes are accurately reflected in pricing and margins
• Investigate and resolve supplier funding and pricing disputes.
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders to implement pricing strategies.
• Identify enhancements to pricing systems, data structures, workflows, reporting capabilities, and automation.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be local to Denver - we will not consider out of states candidate
• Minimum of 5 years purchasing, pricing, finance or related experience with 1+ years of management experience.
• Knowledge of pricing philosophies and promotions.
• Knowledge of contracts and cost-plus programs.
• Experience in the distribution industry

Compensation

$80,000 base salary + 30% Annual Incentive Potential
