Job summary

Schaedler Yesco Distribution, a leader in electrical solutions, seeks a Pricing Administrator to uphold pricing integrity and support the corporate pricing team across SPAs, blanket agreements, and cost data corrections. You’ll work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Pricing to maintain accurate data and drive margin protection.

Ideal candidates have pricing operations experience, strong Excel and ERP familiarity, and a detail-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Bachelor's degree is a plus.
About 1 year of pricing, pricing operations, supply chain, distribution or analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Create, extend, and maintain SPAs and Blanket Price Agreements per guidelines.
Update, correct, and validate pricing data from reports.
Monitor pricing data for discrepancies and resolve routine issues.
Research and resolve routine pricing or cost discrepancies raised by Sales/Purchasing, escalating when needed.
Assist with pricing reviews and reporting data preparation.
Support pricing system enhancements, data imports/exports, and process improvements.
Document workflows and best practices for pricing discipline.
Participate in training to strengthen pricing knowledge and system proficiency.
