Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate with leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align pricing for customers, onboarding, GPO transfers, and disengagements; manage case plans, resources, and commitments.
• Identify data requirements and gather data to analyze complex problems.
• Analyze complex situations by breaking issues into manageable components.
• Draw insights through logical analysis of complex situations and issues.
• Ensure a positive client experience by meeting or exceeding expectations and service commitments.
• Show empathy for customer concerns; identify needs and respond appropriately.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality transactions.
