Qualifications

• 2+ years of Contracts or Pricing experience, or 1+ year with Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Healthcare/regulatory industry experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies for standard and custom products, partnering with sales, legal, pricing, and marketing teams
• Lead quotation, bid, and RFP activity to align pricing with objectives and market conditions
• Own strategic contracting for assigned therapies and customer accounts across the U.S., including price analysis, contract drafting, execution, and reviews
• Partner with field sales, customers, and internal stakeholders to align strategic initiatives to growth and margin priorities
• Oversee the full lifecycle of negotiated contracts from strategy through renewal and expiration
• Monitor contract performance and provide recommendations to improve execution and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and contracting standards while maintaining broad business perspective
