Job summary

Origence is seeking a Pricing Governance & Analytics Manager to lead enterprise pricing governance, drive profitability across products and client relationships, and partner with Product, Sales, and Finance teams. You will manage Pricing Committee processes, ensure governance, and translate data into actionable insights that support growth.

In this role, you will review pricing proposals, test new pricing structures, and analyze product and client economics to identify margin improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, pricing analytics, financial analysis, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, profitability and margin analysis.
• Organizational and project management skills for governance processes and deadlines.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Sales, Operations, Legal, IT, and Data teams.
• Attention to detail and ownership of data accuracy and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recurring Pricing Committee meetings and governance processes.
• Coordinate pricing reviews across Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, and leadership.
• Manage agendas, materials, decisions, follow-up, and approvals.
• Document pricing decisions and incorporate into enterprise pricing standards.
• Maintain enterprise master pricing file and pricing records.
• Promote consistency, transparency, and accountability in pricing decisions.
