Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and perform pricing and cost proposal development per customer requirements and government regulations.
• Manage all pricing support functions from pre-RFP through negotiations.
• Act as cost volume manager including analysis of requirements, strategy, and price-to-win analysis.
