Plan, lead and perform pricing and cost proposal development in accordance with customer requirements and current government regulations, laws and company policies.
Be responsible for all pricing support functions from pre-RFP activities through proposal negotiations.
Have the ability to perform the duties of a cost volume manager including the analysis of customer requirements, proposal strategy development, price to win analysis, proposal development and production and coordination and interface with other organizations involved in the proposal process.
Conduct detailed analysis as necessary to support and impact proposal quality, cost realism and reasonableness via basis of estimate review, historical program analysis and comparison.
Lead and conduct pricing support to customer fact find activity and government audits.
Provide training and mentoring to junior pricing analysts to ensure organizational capabilities are met and individual growth is accomplished.
Typical requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
Active TS/SCI clearance required. Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
An in-depth experience in government laws and regulations related to the development and negotiation of cost proposals is required (FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA).
Experience working in a pricing lead role as part of an overall proposal management team including business development, program management, finance, contracts and functional organizations.

We provide a salary range for this role: 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
