The Global Intelligent Sensing & Reconnaissance (Global ISR) business within the Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) BU of Raytheon, is looking to add another Pricing Analyst to our team with annual bookings plan of over $500M.

The role is onsite in Westford, Massachusetts and will be an integral part of the pricing team to ensure successful business growth.

This is a unique role due to the entity being a hGoodrich business and operating as a wholly owned subsidiary.

This role is essential for utilizing transparent estimating & pricing processes and decision making to assist leadership in the continued growth of this business.

Excellent communication skills are required for interactions with, and guidance for, cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure successful development of cost rationale, tests of reasonableness, audit responses and negotiation strategy
• Ensure compliance with FAR and internal estimating requirements and perform management reviews
• Assisting the capture leads with new business initiatives, proposal activity, gate packages & negotiations

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with government regulations related to the development and negotiation of US and Foreign cost proposals (FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA) and supporting the DCAA/DCMA audit process
• Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition Process
• Experience working with the ProPricer pricing tool, SBT Engineering estimating tool, SAP, BMW, etc
• Experience with competitive proposals
• Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial guidance on Raytheon Policies and Procedures

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
