Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector seeks a Pricing & Estimating Manager – Manager Level 2 for the Dulles, VA area. The role focuses on leading a pricing team responsible for cost proposals, ROMs, and NTEs while ensuring system compliance and strategic pricing oversight.

You will drive pre-proposal engagement, contribute to strategy, and present financial data to leadership. A Top-Secret/SCI clearance is required at application and the position is onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of pricing or business management experience OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of pricing or business management experience.
• Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application.
• Experience with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of pricing professionals who prepare new business cost proposals, change proposals and task/delivery orders across contract types.
• Provide oversight and review of cost proposal products and participate in strategy development for leadership.
• Represent the sector in major proposals and initiatives, including reviews.
• Review all proposal pricing prior to delivery and senior executive review.
• Other duties as assigned
