ERock, a leader in distributed energy, seeks an experienced estimator to own the estimating function for customer proposals, translating requirements into accurate project costs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, EPC, Supply Chain, and Finance to translate customer needs into executable scope and pricing strategies, while driving process improvements and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years estimating or related experience.
• Experience developing and reviewing project estimates with cost components.
• Experience working with customers in commercial/estimating environments.
• Experience reviewing contracts/RFP terms for pricing impacts.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient with Excel; experience with estimating tools/ERP/CRM.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the estimating function supporting proposals and costs.
• Interact with customers to understand requirements and discuss solutions.
• Develop estimates including equipment, materials, labor, subcontractors.
• Present estimates and risk analysis to customers and internal teams.
• Review contracts and RFP terms for pricing impacts.
• Drive standardized estimating processes, templates, and controls.
• Maintain historical cost data and benchmarks for estimates.
• Lead estimating resources and mentor where added.
