Job summary

RRD is launching a two-year Estimating and Pricing Associate Development Program. Associates will rotate through Commercial Print, Direct Mail, Packaging or Retail, and Contracts groups, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship to prepare for a career in Estimating/Pricing.

We seek enthusiastic candidates with a Bachelor's in business, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and good Excel proficiency. This entry-level program offers growth within a global leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with estimating costs, margins or markups preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotation program across Commercial Print, Direct Mail, Packaging and Retail, and Contracts.
• Gain hands-on experience and mentorship in estimating and pricing.
• Collaborate with teams to support cost estimation and pricing activities.
