Job summary

RRD's Finance Associate Development Program offers an entry-level path into finance with hands-on experience and mentors across multiple rotations. Participants will rotate through Corporate Controllers, Internal Audit, Business Unit Finance, Tax & Treasury, FP&A, and Shared Services finance tracks.

Two years to graduate from the program, after which associates typically move into a finance or accounting role. We seek motivated, team-oriented problem-solvers ready to contribute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (3.0 GPA or higher preferred).
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• General technical knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Able to use Microsoft Windows Office or other finance systems to complete work.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, with attention to detail and both independent and team work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotation program across finance functions (Corporate Controllers Group, Internal Audit, Business Unit Finance, Tax & Treasury, FP&A, Shared Services Finance).
• Gain hands-on experience and mentorship to understand finance and accounting roles.
• Develop skills to prepare for a finance or accounting career after program completion.
• Collaborate with teams to complete assignments and meet priorities.

During our two-year program, our associates will gain an understanding of RRD and the role that finance and accounting play through hands‑on experience and mentorship. The program will consist of four or five rotations that will prepare the participant for a successful and rewarding career in finance. Possible rotations include:

• Corporate Controllers Group
• Internal Audit
• Business Unit Finance
• Tax & Treasury
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Shared Services Finance track

Associates graduate from the program in two years and ideally move into a finance or accounting related role.
