Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is launching a Corporate Estimating and Pricing Development Program in which Associates gain hands-on experience and mentorship. The two-year program includes four rotations in Commercial Print, Direct Mail, Packaging, and Contracts, preparing participants for Estimating/Pricing roles within the team.

We seek motivated, hard-working individuals with strong problem-solving and communication skills who are eager to learn and contribute across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Experience estimating costs, margins, or markups.
• Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotations across Commercial Print, Direct Mail, Packaging, and Contracts.
• Assist with estimating and pricing activities.
• Collaborate with teams to communicate value to customers.
• Develop foundational skills for Estimating/Pricing roles.
