Job summary

Primient is seeking a Processing Agreement Specialist to manage customer tolling agreements, invoice pricing, and SAP contract administration. You will act as a primary contact for customers, ensuring accurate pricing and timely data handling across Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams.

The role emphasizes precise calculations, audit‑ready records, and collaboration with cross‑functional partners to deliver exceptional service while maintaining process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Agricultural Economics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of pricing, billing, contract administration, customer service, or related commercial support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers per tolling agreements.
• Calculate invoice pricing and enter pricing components in SAP.
• Research and resolve invoice data requests and discrepancies.
• Create and maintain contracts in SAP for each customer.
• Prepare pricing reconciliations and obtain approvals from internal partners.
• Track and resolve customer updates in SAP.
