Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented pricing specialist for a contract until the end of the year in the United States. You will create and maintain supplier-specific pricing programs within SAP and ensure pricing accuracy across data sets.

This role collaborates with sales teams and supplier partners to respond quickly to pricing requests, resolve discrepancies, and support ongoing pricing and supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of pricing and data accurately.
• Experience with pricing administration, purchasing, supply chain, sales support, customer service, or related business operations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Ability to learn and navigate SAP or similar ERP systems effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain supplier-specific pricing exceptions and special pricing programs within SAP.
• Manage deal registrations, supplier promotions, and price protection claims to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance.
• Research and resolve pricing discrepancies, price correction adjustments (PCAs), and related issues.
• Maintain trade organization memberships and support supplier program administration.
• Partner closely with supplier representatives, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to respond quickly to pricing requests and opportunities.
• Create and maintain catalog pricing conditions while supporting ongoing pricing and supply chain initiatives.
