Reliance Worldwide is seeking a Customer Data Specialist to oversee SAP data related to pricing and customer master information. You will work across USA, Canada, and Central Americas, collaborating with Finance, Product Management, Channel Owners, and Sales Managers to ensure accurate pricing data and customer records.

The role requires strong data management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and manage large data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SAP or similar business software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pricing requests across USA, Canada, and Central Americas for all brands/channels.
• Update/maintain pricing on customer net sheets, fixed nets, scheduled pricing, show pricing, and quotes with finance approval.
• Run year-end pricing audits and inform sales channels about special price evaluations and end dates.
• Execute pricing processes with increases and gather approvals from Sales Managers before loading into SAP.
• Create new customer accounts and maintain existing ones in SAP.
