Booz Allen Hamilton in McLean, VA is seeking a Pricing and Commercial Operations Lead to own complex pricing and packaging strategies and to turn them into actionable, winning commercial proposals across SaaS, hardware-plus-subscription, and usage-based models.

You will manage the end-to-end deal desk flow, establish guardrails, and build workflows for non-standard deals, while coordinating with Sales, Finance, Legal/Contracts and Product teams to ensure fast, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in pricing operations, commercial deal desk, sales operations, or quoting management.
• Direct exposure to Large Enterprise deal structures spanning SaaS, recurring subscription, usage-based, and hardware-plus-subscription models.
• Experience in Cyber Defense, Enterprise Technology, PE/VC-backed growth firms, or defense technology sectors is valued.
• Proficiency with enterprise CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and CPQ tools (Salesforce/Conga), Billing engines (Zuora), or ERPs (Oracle/SAP).
• Bachelor’s Degree required; U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end deal desk flow for complex Enterprise transactions, including custom quotes, ROMs, expansions, renewals, and partner arrangements.
• Design and implement playbooks, guardrails, and operational workflows for non-standard deal structures.
• Apply discount structures and terms while coordinating reviews across Sales, Finance, Legal/Contracts, and Product teams.
• Maintain product catalogs, SKUs, and pricing rules within CRM environments and CPQ/ERP systems; support CLM integration.
