Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• GPA at least 2.85 (4.0 scale), graduation planned Dec 2026–May 2027.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage customer pricing records to ensure accurate invoices.
• Manage pricing, freight costs, marketing programs, billing adjustments, and rebates.
• Conduct analyses and provide pricing information to Sales/Marketing.
• Calculate formula-based pricing per contracts using indices.
• Administer price increase announcements and audit-compliant approvals.
• Reconcile accounts, research disputed items, and assist in collections.
• Respond to customer pricing and billing inquiries.
• Participate in internal system improvements and special projects.
• Represent OxyChem’s standards of business conduct and safety culture.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and Credit to build relationships.
