Qualifications

• 1–5 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (with 18 hours accounting).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a hybrid work environment.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• SAP S/4HANA (FI, CO, PA, BW).
• Strong understanding of inventory, intercompany and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate reporting of sales and inventory; analyze product cost data.
• Generate and distribute recurring management reports (inventory, reserves, outlook vs. actuals).
• Support month-end entries and timely completion of monthly account analysis.
• Assist and lead terminal and warehouse inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Provide support for external audits, government, and tax reporting.
• Evaluate data accuracy; improve accounting procedures and controls.
• Develop and implement accounting practices for consistency and automation.
• Tie-outs to FIFO/LIFO and SAP inventory valuation.
