OxyChem is seeking an Order-to-Cash Pricing Specialist in Dallas, TX. You will manage pricing, billing, and marketing support programs for assigned accounts, collaborating with field sales and marketing to ensure accurate revenue invoicing and contract compliance.

The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with SAP/ERP and Saratoga/CRM systems. A related Bachelor's degree with experience or in accounting/finance/supply chain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with two years’ relevant experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications; ERP (SAP/ERP) and CRM (Saratoga/CRM) systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages pricing, billing, and marketing support for client accounts under contracts.
• Performs pricing analyses using contracts, government, industry, and commodity indices.
• Ensures price changes and billing adjustments follow approved processes and audit requirements.
• Reconciles accounts, researches disputed items, and supports cash application.
• Communicates with Account Managers and Marketing to support pricing decisions.
