Job summary

Coursera + Udemy is seeking a Pricing Specialist focused on structural pricing and packaging. You will help define how the platform monetizes across Marketplace, Subscription, and future Coursera + Udemy offerings, shaping pricing architecture and experiments to drive revenue and customer lifetime value.

You’ll work closely with the Pricing Lead and partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance to implement pricing initiatives in a global, hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 4–7+ years of pricing, strategy, consulting, or analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with large datasets.
• Experience developing business cases and presenting recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with pricing experimentation, A/B testing, or customer segmentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Pricing Lead to develop pricing strategies across Marketplace, Subscription, and future product offerings.
• Design pricing architecture including list prices, regional pricing, packaging, bundles and subscription tiers.
• Develop business cases for pricing changes using data insights, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
• Design and evaluate pricing experiments to understand willingness-to-pay, price elasticity, and customer behavior.
• Analyze pricing performance and recommend improvements that optimize conversion, GMV, and CLV.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance to translate pricing strategy into initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive pricing models to identify opportunities.
• Present pricing recommendations and experiment findings to senior stakeholders.
