Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze ARR and LPP-related data to optimize pricing and renewals.

• Calculate mid-cycle prorations, upgrades, contractions, and churn accurately.
• Ensure accuracy of renewal pricing across multiple systems.

Job Description

• SaaS Finance Expertise: Deep understanding of subscription mechanics, standardized ARR definitions, and external ARR reporting, alongside Last Price Paid (LPP) metrics for renewals.
• Best Practices & Pricing Strategy: Comprehensive knowledge of best practices for managing ARR and LPP metrics, including renewal pricing, as well as the impacts of pull-forwards and consolidations.
• Contract Interpretation: Skilled in parsing complex software licensing agreements to verify specific renewal caps and terms.
• Meticulous Accuracy: Exceptional detail orientation with a focus on tracking exact LPP across multiple legacy systems.
• Advanced Data Modeling: High proficiency in SQL and Excel (including Power Query and complex financial modeling) to manipulate large datasets.
• Systems Mastery: Hands-on experience extracting historical pricing using Salesforce CRM, CPQ tools, and Oracle ERP.
• Edge-Case Problem Solving: Strong capability in accurately calculating mid-cycle prorations, upgrades, contractions, and churn.
